Baldy finally calmed down after I gave him one of his "special pills" and we were able to sort of enjoy the show. What is it with Lubbock audiences? The one at the Eagles show was dead! Baldy and I like to sing and dance along (well, Baldy just likes to shake his wing and chant "JOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEEE") and this audience just was not into it. Good thing Baldy's pill was still working or he would have gotten into a fight with the gentleman behind us who kept asking us to sit down!.

The Day after the Lubbock show, we were able to tour a bit of the Texas Tech campus! Wow! A whole lab devoted just to meat!!!! I'm a vegetarian myself, but I'm sure the people here help make great advances in meat technology!
