Baldy had been there since the early days of Elvis' career. When Ed Sullivan's show had a problem with Elvis' pelvis, Baldy helped Colonel Tom Parker smooth everything out.

Baldy was in Elvis' unit in the army. Here they are just hanging out with some other soldiers.

Baldy was a guest of honor at Elvis' wedding to Priscilla.

He consulted on several of Elvis' movies including Blue Hawaii.

Whenever Elivs had to make an important decision Baldy was there.

Even after Elvis' death, Baldy kept in touch with family members. He even dated Priscilla for a while.
