1.  Can I get stuff even if I don't have anything to offer? Of course. Check out the Have lists and contact the trader and see if they will trade for blanks, a nominal fee or for something else.

2. Can I watch your video tapes in Europe? We record in NTSC which is the format here in the States. If you are in Europe you have to either have a player that will play NTSC or pay to have them converted to PAL.
